Niall Horan Phoenix Concert reviews
My Christmas Present was a bust!
Madonna's show and behavior disappointed me, despite my excitement to see her. The ticket was a Christmas present I regretted receiving. I wished I had asked for something else. I heard she didn't come on stage until 10:30ish, but I didn't want to risk missing her. The DJ was late, played for almost 1 1/2 hours, and wasn't good at all at getting the crowd going. Niall Horan had to overcome the long wait. Her second song (new one) I liked, however, I found the sac religious references excessive. I knew she would have some shockers, but strippers on crosses and humping each other on a set mimicking the Lord's Supper table, with pictures of Jesus in the background, were unnecessary, Madonna! No wonder there were protesters outside before the concert. She did too much talking and not enough singing. Also, she forgot some lyrics, appeared drunk (due to her lack of movement), and made a hillbilly remark. I wish I could get my $200 Christmas present back!
